MEDICAL REHABILITATION

SPORT MEDICINE

A graduate of the Medical Faculty of the Medical University in Lublin.
Since 1996, he has been an academic teacher at the Medical University of Lublin, currently at the position of adjunct in the Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Department.

In 2003, he defended his doctoral dissertation in the field of orthopedics and rehabilitation. In 2004 he obtained a specialization in the field of medical rehabilitation, and in 2017 he obtained a specialization in the field of sports medicine.

He combines the work of an academic teacher with clinical work in the Clinic of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation of the Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Lublin, as well as in the Orto-Optymist Medical Center in Lublin.

A member of professional scientific societies: the Polish Society of Rehabilitation, the Polish Society of Manual Therapy in the Holistic Model and the Polish Society of Medical Massage – where he is a scientific consultant. Author of numerous scientific publications as well as sports articles, a reviewer of books for runners.

The main areas of professional interest are: psycho-somatic aspects of musculoskeletal disorders, sports medicine, diseases and spinal dysfunctions.

Athletic member of the Polish Athletic Athletics Association Masters, with numerous successes the representative of Lublin at the Indoor Polish Championships and the World Championships of Physicians. Initiator of the Wild Lublin Marathon and the Four Dych series for the Marathon in Lublin.
